July 14 – The Gift of Free Will
In the discussion of free will vs. destiny, it is clear that there is deep and profound meaning to our existence. We are here for a purpose: From our higher soul’s perspective, we choose the events in our lives, including hardships and challenges. These events offer lessons through direct experience and relationships that assist in the over-arching evolution of consciousness. As our lives unfold, we manifest the gift of free will by our decisions and choices in our interactions with all sentient beings.
- Many of the world’s problems stem from the difficulty we have with even loving ourselves. So many seek validation, and worry that they are not enough, that they are not worthy of love.
- Only when we are truly able to love and respect ourselves are we capable of loving others fully. The fullest love in thisrealm flows from our serving as conduits of that pure unconditional love of the Creator out to our fellow beings, in spite of the imperfections and injustices of this earthly realm.
- Soul mates are not just family and loved ones, but can include our nemesis, those who are teaching us especially tough lessons. Lessons are traded back and forth, sometimes we may be teacher, sometimes student, even with the same soul partner.
- With greater awareness, each of us must awaken to actively participate in this co-creative evolution of consciousness. Becoming aware of the fundamental nature of consciousness, soul and spirit will lead to unprecedented growth and understanding within science, and thus our culture at large.
